I have a multiple users that are not able to see a public folder.I created a new public folder as a Calendar for tracking customer shutdowns.With this calendar, I set people who have access as a reviewer and a couple of others as editors.Some of the reviewers do not even seen this calendar within the public folders\all public folders. I made them editors and owners and it still does not show up. the security on the calendar is setup with visible for the users and everything. There are about 20 people who have access to Review this and only 2 people cant see it.. Thanks in advanceI am stumped on this issues. any ideas on what I missed???

How many public folder servers are there?Are they all in the same mailbox store?Can they see the folder from OWA?

Only one Exchange server on our network.2 stores, the mailbox and the public store. they are not able to see the folder in OWA.

So the users can see the parent folder of this folder and other child folders in the same tree, but just notthis folder?

They can see the public folder and other child folders in the same area, that is correct...

How did you add the users to access the public folder, if its by group, which type is it, Security or Distribution? The issue cant be reproduced if you add the users into other public folders via the same method, right?
